Club Mission, Objectives and Activities
The business & communication club is the platform for student, especially business student to enhance their communication skill and capability in order to cope up in the corporate world, with the motto to augment the communication ability of the student this club. It is a non-profit, non-political and student-run organization which was established in 2010. The club is directed through the Department of Business Administration.
“Business and Communication Club, IST” is established for the expressed purpose of developing leadership skills as well as an awareness of social responsibilities to encourage students to participate in public affairs.
“Business and Communication Club, IST” understands and is committed to fulfilling its responsibilities of abiding by National University and Institute of Science and Technology (IST) policies.
Mission Statement
“We want to help the students of IST to explore their skills and knowledge necessary to establish them as a brand in the relevant field of study and profession.”
Objectives
The business & communication club is the sole purpose of establishing a platform of student for development of their communication skill in academic and professional life. With its motto “express yourself”.
Activities
The Business and Communication Club will try to fulfill its objectives through the following key activities:
- Weekly session with all the members for ice-breaking program that include(Instant speech, Instant presentation)
- Organized Workshop on particular areas in every 3 months by professional trainers.
- Experience sharing from successful student Corporate and professional and arranging case study competitions & business plan.
- Arrange Professional Training Programs.
- Experience sharing from successful student Corporate and professional and arranging case study competitions & business plan.
- Arranging Language Development Session
- Organizing Business Competition and training through the Club
