Electronics, Communication and Robotics Club of IST, in short ECRC-IST is one of the four active clubs of Institute of Science and Technology. It goes by the motto, “Learn, Create, Explore”, the combination of three mystic word which clearly defines the activities of ECRC IST. Its official journey first started on 11^th January, 2011. Its vision is to devoted itself towards the goal, “Learning, Creating & Exploring the technology to lead the Tech world Next”. The club has been playing a vital role in strengthening and promoting the image of the university in the technological world. It promotes the use of circuits, programming, and new technology amongst the diverse group of students across the university -They welcome everyone! The main objective of ECRC IST is to make the students confident for their upcoming life which includes their career, their practical labs through seminars, workshops, publications. It is a platform connecting the aspires and achievers. It’s a platform for skill development, innovation, connection and idea sharing. It is a platform to all enthusiastic students of IST to show their potentiality and develop their skill through it. ECRC has its own constitution and arranges classes and seminar throughout the whole year for its members.  It has its own course module which consists of 11 skill development courses for the students of IST. It also arranges project showcasing, poster presentation, robotics and electronics Olympiad. It usually arranges one course per month and a brain storming session for the students.  Its course session is consisting of three session which are winter session (November-February), summer session (March-June) and winter session (July-October).
