The inaugural ceremony of the “S-R Tower” was held on December, 2018. It was inaugurated by Prof. Emeritus Dr. Shahida Rafique, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Institute of Science and Technology. Administrative Director of IST Dr. Saleh Mohammad Rafique, Academic Director of IST Prof. Abdul Mazid, Deputy Academic Director Runa Rukshana Khan, and Deputy Administrative Director S. M. Ziaul Hassan and Chief Administrative Officer A.S.M Rashidul Hasan was present there. All other teachers and staffs of the institute were also present on the occasion.
