Biography

Tania Akther has been teaching in the Department of Business Administration at the Institute of Science and Technology for about 4 years. She is a Lecturer of Business Administration at IST since 2017.Her journey began as a faculty member at IST in Business Administration. She earned her Post Graduate Diploma in Capital Market (PGDCM) 2021 from BICM. Akther passed different Certification Courses on Reading and Understanding Financial Statement, Basic Technical Analysis, and Fundamental of Portfolio Management from Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market. She also completed 3 Days Workshop and International Seminar on Research and Publication. She attended number of seminars and conferences on Applied Finance and related issues in home. She has also published in National and International journals. Her area of specialization is Applied Finance.
